Accreditations

Types of Credits Offered

Bloomberg BNA courses offer the following types of credits: CLE, CLE Ethics, CPE, CPE Ethics, APA/RCH, SHRM and HRCI.

Bloomberg BNA programs vary in the types of credits offered. To check a program's eligibility, view the product detail page for the individual product.

CLE Credit Details

Bloomberg BNA is an approved provider of CLE credits in all states. Individual programs are pre-approved in California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. All other requests for program approval are subject to state-specific approval. The approval process may take approximately four to six weeks in some states.

  • In the states where programs are pre-approved or Bloomberg BNA holds Approved Provider status, credits will be processed within one to three business days. If you do not see the state(s) in which that you are requesting CLE credit listed as a certificate option, Bloomberg BNA has not yet received approval for your selected course in that state, and the status is still “pending.” Pending approvals can take up to four to six weeks to process, depending on the location being requested. Once approval has been received, you will receive a second email from the system.

Other Credit Details

For CPE, APA/RCH, SHRM and HRCI certificate(s), you should receive a copy of your certificate via email upon completion of the program. If, after one to three business days, you have not received a certificate, please contact credits@bna.com for assistance.
