Patrice brings more than 25 years of experience bringing technology to firms to achieve objectives, overcome challenges and most importantly, drive business value.

Patrice has experience within multiple industry verticals with a specific focus on the Professional & Business Services industry for 20 years .  Starting her software career leading ERP deployments with Epicor (formerly Platinum Software), Patrice then worked for several business software companies including Evolve Software, Deltek Corporation as the Vice President of Sales and SAP, where she led the Professional Services industry advisory practice in North America. Patrice joined Workday in 2017 as the Global GTM lead for Professional & Business Services.

Deborah A. Defer

Deborah has more than 30 years of accounting experience. She is the technology lead for the platform as it relates to QuickBooks Online along with the multitude of third party applications.  She focuses on QuickBooks administration, receivables/payables, payroll setup and processing, financial reports, business workflows, and both corporate and individual tax returns.

Deborah primarily spends her time consulting with clients regarding QuickBooks matters. Training, system analysis, integration, and implementation of third-party applications for QuickBooks, and troubleshooting issues are areas of concentration.

She is an Advanced Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor®, Advanced QuickBooks Online Certified ProAdvisor®, Certified Enterprise QuickBooks ProAdvisor®, Expert Certification for, T-Sheets Pro, and Certified in Deborah has also been selected to the VIP40 by Intuit, Top Business Process Outsourcing ProAdvisor of 2015 by Insightful Accountant, and Top 100 ProAdvisor of 2016.

As the Global Product and Strategy Lead - Financials for Alight Solutions Thomas works with all clients of Alights’ that are rolling out Workday Financials and focuses on the client’s deployment approach, project scope, roll-out plan, operational model and participates as an Engagement Executive on the Steering Committee to ensure that Alight Solutions customer base gets the services and world class consulting that they come to expect from one of the leaders in Cloud Based consulting.
