Gareth is responsible for the global HR advisory line of service. Before joining Radius, Gareth was Head of HR at General Dynamics UK , with oversight across all HR activities for UK Europe. Prior to that, Gareth held senior HR positions at General Dynamics, Arup, Lloyds Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Andersen Consulting. He has spent much of his career working abroad, having recently returned from working in Qatar and the UAE. Gareth has also spent time living and working in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and India. Professionally HR qualified to MSc level, Gareth s special interests lie in emerging markets and how companies extend their operations in such environments.
