1. What is the process for getting CLE credit within my jurisdiction?

  2. What are the minimum browser or system requirements to participate in a webinar?

    Our system will work with any HTML5 compatible browser (if Microsoft Internet Explorer 8 or higher) that is also JavaScript enabled.

  3. How do I retrieve my certificate after a webinar?

    After completing a program, you will receive an email. When a certificate is available depends on the type of credit you have requested and the type available for a particular program. For all certificate types except CLE, you will receive your certificate via email upon completion of a program.

    CLE approval is managed at the state or jurisdictional level and can take up to 4-6 weeks. There are several states that may take as long as 3 months before approval is granted. Once your certificate has been uploaded to the system, you will receive it in a new email. If you have any questions about accreditation, please email: credits@bna.com

  4. I am having trouble hearing the audio on my webinar. How can I fix that?

    You can access the audio for webinars by dialing in via telephone or through your computer. If you are experiencing audio problems, please make sure that your speakers are turned on and the volume is turned up.

  7. Can we view a webinar as a group and still receive credit?

    No. Our webinars are configured for individual participation and intended for (separate) participant critiques. As such, each registrant may earn continuing education credit based on his/her participation during the program.

  8. How do I request CLE credit for a program?

    At the end of the program, complete the form to indicate what kind of credit you would like. All types of available credit will be listed on the form, and you will have an opportunity to provide your unique details like bar number.

  9. How long are Bloomberg Industry Group webinars?

    Bloomberg Industry Group's webinars typically last between 60-90 minutes and generally occur between 11:00 AM- 3:30 PM EST.

  10. What is Bloomberg Industry Group's hardship policy?

    Bloomberg Industry Group offers a hardship policy for individuals who wish to attend our live conferences, seminars, and online learning options. Individuals must earn less than $50,000 annually in order to qualify. For individuals who are unemployed or earning less than $35,000 per year, a full discount off the price of registration for the program will be awarded. Individuals earning between $35,000 and $50,000 per year will receive a 50% discount off the price of the program.

    If an individual wishes to submit a case for hardship, he or she must contact Bloomberg Industry Group directly at credits@bna.com. Please include the following information with your request: complete contact information, the program for which a hardship reduction is being requested, requested amount for hardship reduction, and reason for applying for hardship. Please note that requests will not be considered until 30 days from the program date and that individuals may only apply for a hardship reduction once within a 12-month period. Bloomberg Industry Group reserves the right to make a final determination on a case-by-case basis. Our decision for granting a hardship is final and submission does not constitute acceptance.

  11. What types of credits do Bloomberg Industry Group programs offer?

    Bloomberg Industry Group offers a variety of continuing education credit types based on program eligibility. Current credit types available include: CLE, CPE, APA/RCH, SHRM and HRCI.

    The best way to determine a program's credit eligibility is to review the product page for an individual course. You may access this description from your dashboard by clicking on the course in the Catalog.

  12. Are Bloomberg Industry Group programs eligible for credit in all states?

    Bloomberg Industry Group CPE, RCH, SHRM, and HRCI programs are eligible in all states and locations. Bloomberg Industry Group CLE programs are pre-approved in the following states: California, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. All other requests are subject to approval. Approval process may take approximately 4-6 weeks and is highly dependent on the location being requested. Alabama MCLE does not recognize OnDemand/Self-Study courses as eligible for credit.
