Description

As companies enter new international markets, leaders and functional support areas may not be aware of the pitfalls of doing business in locations where they do not have a registered legal entity or subsidiary. This session will highlight some of the high visibility areas where foreign governments have increased enforcement and what alternatives are available to help companies minimize the risk of international payroll and tax non-compliance.

Jennifer Henne has worked in the field of Global Mobility for over 25 years on the corporate HR side for various companies in the automotive, aero & defense, oil and gas and telecommunications’ industries.  She has managed immigration and expatriate tax programs, as well as administered international payroll withholding requirements for many countries, and has been directly involved in formal external tax audits and internal corporate tax audits.
