Legal process outsourcing is an increasingly useful alternative in an environment where law firms and in-house counsel need to reduce costs, as expectations for efficiency and accountability are rising. As more companies outsource projects, firms should recognize the value in collaborating both with their clients and with independent LPOs.

During this 60-minute program, panelists will discuss:

• The evolution of LPO and its relevance today
• Law firm and in-house perspectives on LPO
• Parameters for choosing and using LPOs
• How metrics can streamline LPO evaluation
• Categories of legal work that are suitable for outsourcing

Educational Objectives:

• The role LPO plays today in the legal environment, and where it adds value
