Keith Carrington is the Director of Corporate Compliance for both DaVita Labs and Paladina Health, strategic business initiatives of DaVita, Inc.  In his role, Keith is responsible for developing and managing the compliance programs for both divisions ensuring alignment with the Health and Human Services OIG’s guidance for effective compliance programs.  Keith’s compliance career spans 21 years in the healthcare, financial services, and technology industries.  Keith holds an MBA and his Executive Juris Doctorate Degree in Health Law from Concord Law School in California.

Jerry Bessette

Jerry is an Associate Director with Navigant working in Information Security Solutions Sub-Practice. Retired FBI Special Agent and Executive Manager with over 30 years of US Government experience in the Federal Bureau of Investigation and as a Marine Corps officer. 24 years Federal Law Enforcement experience with the FBI in various investigative and management positions. 20 years as a commissioned officer in the US Marine Corps Reserve. Held numerous leadership positions and have extensive expertise in the areas of leadership, management, information technology/cyber security, liaison, major investigations, training, technical program management, incident response, and crisis management in high risk demanding operational environments. Managed national level programs in cyber investigations, firearms and technical programs training, crisis communications, land mobile radio systems, audio/video surveillance, electronic tracking and monitoring.

Jennifer McCallister, MBA, CIA, CRMA

Jen is an Associate Director with expertise in the field of risk management & consulting. She has more than 16 years’ experience in internal audit and process maturity and has led several enterprise-wide initiatives and implementations at a Fortune 100 healthcare company. Jennifer has over 14 years’ experience in the healthcare industry where she advised management and the board at Humana. She has significant experience in risk management consulting and governance, risk and compliance (GRC) practices. In her prior role, she led enterprise-wide efforts supporting both the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and e-GRC programs. Through those efforts, she achieved success in addressing key GRC goals evidenced by an effective broad-based, collaborative program. Most recently, Jennifer has been working with clients to strengthen compliance program effectiveness and mature critical process within compliance organizations.
