Kristina Mclaughlan

Kristina Mclaughlan is Intuit s Global Director of Human Resources, dedicated to Mergers Acquisitions. For the past 8 years, she has represented HR in 50 of Intuit s M A transactions. Her team participates in all term sheet and purchase agreement negotiations and leads HR due diligence, key employee offers and HR integration separation planning. Kristina recently completed the spin off of Intuit s inaugural product, Quicken, and has been a member of the core deal team for dozens of divestitures, including the 1b sale of Intuit s banking business.Prior to her current position, Kristina spent 5 years as Intuit s Global Integration Leader on the Corporate Strategy Development team. She joined Intuit in December of 2002 and has completed 75 acquisitions in addition to her vast divestiture and joint venture experience.Before joining Intuit, Kristina was an Equity Capital Markets executive at Banc of America Securities, where she drove a multi year integration initiative following the 40b merger of Montgomery Securities, Robertson Stephens, and Banc of America Securities. Kristina also spent seven years at Morgan Stanley, holding various leadership positions in New York, Australia, Japan and Singapore. Kristina is a graduate of Cornell University s School of Industrial Labor Relations and currently resides in a suburb of San Francisco, CA.

Klint C. Kendrick

Dr. Klint Kendrick is Director HR Mergers Acquisitions M A at Oracle. Prior to that, he worked for an Ali Baba backed gaming start up as the Vice President of HR and Administration, as well as leading HR M A and global expansion for Boeing Commercial Airplanes. He has worked in human resources for two decades, where his expertise in areas related to global expansion, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, workforce planning, talent acquisition and retention, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development help him guide teams of HR and business professionals through merger, acquisition, and divestment activity. Klint has started HR Mergers Acquisitions M A roundtables in Seattle, Chicago, and online. He has presented on HR M A topics for The Conference Board s Joint Ventures Conference and annual HR M A lab, for a Fortune 500 M A roundtable, and at HR West, the nation s largest conference for Sr. HR practitioners. His comments have been featured in the New York Post, Technical Recruiter Magazine, and DiversityInc Magazine, and his academic work appears in the second issue of EEO Insights, a referreed journal for diversity professionals. Dr. Kendrick holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a Master s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, an MBA from California State University Dominguez Hills, and has earned the Senior Professional in Human Resources and SHRM Senior Certified Professional designations. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt.
