Description

A recent study by Bloomberg Tax revealed diversity and inclusion, while highly valued, is not yet at desired levels across many accounting firms and corporations. The question for many tax departments is what else can be done to improve diversity and inclusion in the workforce. In this study, half of tax departments indicated that their main challenge in this area is a limited pipeline of top talent.

In this webinar, we will discuss the top challenges to promoting these goals in the workplace as well as strategies to improve diversity and inclusion. We will share insights on how to increase and retain a diverse talent pool in the tax and accounting industry.

You will learn:

  • Strategies for building a diversity program within your organization
  • Strategies for creating an inclusive community at work
  • Ideas for developing a diverse workforce and supporting professional growth

This informational webinar does not offer continuing education credits.
